Before when am having those negative thoughts there is no zeal in me to fight or challenge those thoughts and I end up being sad for a much in Longer period of time But now is like I have that extra voice in my head that challenges those negative thoughts and giving me positive hope n strength I have a feeling I will over come this in sha Allah
